The villa covers 530 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa also has five bathrooms and a separate toilet. From the kitchen you enter a spacious dining room, furnished with a massive table for ten people, and a living room where you can taste liqueurs and wines. On the first floor there is an outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the sea. For those who can never have enough fun, there is also table football and billiards. Additional fees: Cleaning: For all reservations of less than 7 nights, a one-time cleaning fee of €500 is payable. No cleaning fee is charged for reservations longer than 7 nights. Swimming pool heating: In the period from 01.10. until 31.05. the pool is heated as needed (at the guest's request), the pool heating fee is €125 per day. In the period from 1.6. until 30.9. pool heating is not charged.
