We offer 5 luxuriously equipped apartments *** located in a quite tourist place Štinjan, near the city of Pula and Brijuni National Park: Blue (4 persons), Red (4 persons) Brown (4 persons), Orange (4, 5, 6 persons) and Green Studio (2 persons). They are distanced 500 m from the sea. Equipmentof the apartment: kitchen and a dinning room incorporated into the living room, a bedroom, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV/SAT, air conditioning, balcony or terrace. Guests of the Red Apartment can use the common terrace behind the house (25 m2) with a separate table and chairs (they do not have their own terrace). On the terrace is a gas grill for the all guests. Free of charge: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space, sojourn tax. Additional payment: arrival registration fee 6 euro/person once - only, cot 10 euro/night. Advance payment: 30% of total price of the apartments (refundable). We recommend them to all those who want a quiet vacation, as well as those wishing to visit the historical monuments in the region, enjoy cultural and musical events, or engage in sports activities (diving, tennis, beach volleyball, cycling, etc.) Welcome!
