Reservation and advance payment: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total amount is required, while the rest is paid in cash on the day of arrival. Check-in time: From 2:00 PM (please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time). Check-out time: By 10:00 AM, so that we can thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests. House rules: We ask guests to respect the house rules, especially regarding night peace (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and careful use of air conditioning when not in the facility. Tourist tax is included in the accommodation price. In order to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we offer all our guests the following additional amenities and benefits included in the price: Traditional welcome drink - homemade liqueurs, juices and seasonal fruit for refreshment after the journey. Secured parking - free and safe parking space in the fenced yard of the facility (reservation is not required). Complete cosmetics and hygiene - in the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and clean towels for each guest. Baby cot - available upon prior request, ideal for families traveling with small children. Local tips and brochures, recommendations for the best restaurants, excursions and hidden beaches in the vicinity of Kaštela, Split and Trogir. Additional services at an additional cost (on request): Transfer organization - possibility of transportation from/to Split Airport or ferry port.
