Of course, sometimes people do not understand or respect private property and when we have to add much more energy, time, people and money to clean that area after the guests leave. That is why we offer a cleaning price list at check-in. Cleaning stains on walls, large stains on balconies, terraces (they are made of stone that absorbs everything) and floors, repairing broken chairs (or buying new ones), breaking things in the property and garden (and repairing or buying new ones) are not covered by the free final cleaning. This additional cleaning costs extra time, energy and, ultimately, money and the money to cover the cleaning for this will be deducted from the security deposit from the cleaning price list.
